HIV Care Link Mission:
HIV Care Link is committed to supporting people living with HIV through meaningful human connection and action, and to embody the love and acceptance that Christ shows to all people, without exception.
"You have given us hope. We have met with doctors and social workers; but none of them encouraged us the way you did. This has been so hard; you have no idea how much your help means to us." –Client
Purpose:
Our purpose at HIV Care Link is to support marginalized and underserved people living with HIV and to improve health outcomes. We understand that many individuals in our community face isolation, inequity, and significant health disparities, which can make it difficult to live their healthiest and best life.
Through our work, we ease these challenges and break down barriers by providing services that address the unique needs of each person—providing support, resources, tools, and education to improve their overall quality of life. We believe that everyone deserves access to inclusive, high-quality support and care, regardless of their circumstances or background. We are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people living with HIV, one connection at a time.
“Thank you for your love and support these last few years. Without you, I would have given up, stopped my meds and not had the surgery. I was just so angry and scared. You’ve been there for me the whole way, giving me hope and I can’t thank you enough. Honestly, I don’t think I’d be alive if it wasn’t for you. You’re my angel. Thank you!” –Client

“Thank you for today, I’m so thankful to have you in my life. You have made all the difference in the world! I’ve been so frustrated with all of the doctors and appointments, and you are the one appointment I look forward to--knowing that I will see you helps me get through the week. Thanks again for being you!” –Client
